No flower on plant

Hi,

My friend has a passion flower plant in her garden. She planted it in the ground just a few months back. The plant is growing and is healthy but as yet there are no flowers.

Can anyone help ?

This is what i have heard. Cut some banana peel into the soil (PAssi's love the potassium), don;t overwater as they grow better with drier soil, and use Bloom Booster.
