Passiflora (Incarnata?) With No Blooms

I received a passiflora last May and there was no tag identifying it, but from online research I believe it is either an incarnata or caeurula.

It had tons of beautiful flowers all summer during 2007, and I managed to successfully overwinter it in my house. In the spring I cut it back and placed it outside in the same spot in which it grew last year. When I trimmed it, it had alot of new shoots that sprang up from the pot and some of the older ones looked scraggly so I cut them away.

Does anyone have any ideas on why it hasn't produced a single bloom?

We had a very hot July here, 2nd hottest on record and I wondered if that had anything to do with it. Or perhaps passiflora only blooms on mature vines?

Any information is really appreciated as this particular passi has sentimental value to me. Also, if anyone could make any suggestions on anything I could add to induce blooming, that would be great!

Thanks!
