Does Anyone know if P. 'Blue Horizon' has fertile pollen?

I've thought about getting a P. caerulea at some point partly because it apparently is such a good pollinator for so many different species and varieties. A couple weeks ago I saw P. 'Blue Horizon', which appears (to my untrained eye) as very similar to P. caerulea, except with electric blue corona--really very striking. So I'm just curious whether 'Blue Horizon' is comparable to P. caerulea in terms of donating pollen.

You cannot beat P. caerulea as a pollen donor. Many hybrids produce poor quality pollen but it is worth trying anything really.

Myles, thanks for reminding me--even primary hybrids of P. caerulea can have have sterile pollen.

I'm curious, does anyone know yet the parentage of 'Blue Horizon'?

Passiflora ÂBlue HorizonÂÂ is a hybrid by Patrick Worley done some years ago I think. He has not shared information re the parentage but it will be a complex cross of P. caerulea and P. amethystina I expect as it is quite like Passiflora 'Purple Haze'.
