All vines...no flowers!! Why?

I have 1 blue boutique, 1 coral glow & 2 yellow flavicarpus in a tuffa trough that I made. They are growing like crazy but not ONE BLOSSOM! I fertilized with 18-18-21 ( I hear they like high K fert.) couple weeks ago & NOTHING. Was soooo hoping for a couple flowers. The flavicarpus is grown from seed & the other 2 are cuttings that someone sent me. Soon, it will be time to cut them back a little & bring them inside. Boo Hoo :(
