Unknown species of Passiflora incarnata

Ive been growing Passiflora incarnata for the past 3 years. I found them growing wild and grew the seeds the following year. Recently I found several patches growing wild. I dont know if they were accidentally planted because I threw some old seeds in the general area.

However, Ive realized there is a subtle difference in the fruit of the unknown vines and the vines Ive planted. The fruit seem to have longitudinal lines that run from top to bottom. There are about four to six of these lines on each fruit. Another thing is these lines are slightly indented liked those on a cantaloupe.

Does anyone have any clue to what this species or hybrid might be? I will be able to post a picture later.
