'Blue Bouquet'

I've been growing this hybrid in New Orleans and could see the "blue" part of the name, but not the "bouquet". Here in north Alabama I have been growing it this summer and the blooms are extremely fragrant!!! I wonder why they are fragrant here but not in NO.

Is it the exact same clone or did you obtain a different 'Blue Bouquet'? The climate or soil could play a role, but if the plants are from different sources, one of them may not be the real 'Blue Bouquet'.
