repotting seedlings

I tried several methods of improving germination of P. incarnata seeds this last year, with no success. But in June I found a shriveled-up fruit on a shelf, where it had been all winter. I planted the seeds and had excellent germination! Now I have about 10 seedlings in a pot. Should I just "pot on" in a bigger pot until spring? I assume they go dormant the first winter as do the older plants - do they? How should I water during the winter?
