Oh! That one's Sweet! All my ID books are somewhere in a box.. (pretty sure said box is here & not 500 miles away in storage..) Looks like some sort of quadrangularis hybrid, so let me guess, square stem, big 'ol single lobed leaves... How many lumps on the petiole? (the "stem" of the leaf) Any specifics about the corona? (wavy, straight, etc) Took a quick stroll through Passiflora.it but had no luck. I know if I go look for 'em I'll have no luck, but when I see the ID books I'll grab 'em.

I've looked and can't find a picture that's exactly like it either. I wish I could remember where/who I bought it from. Yep square stem, heart shaped leaves and two petioles, very similar to my P.x decaisneana. The corona is different than any other that I've seen. It's almost a double row, one star shaped, the other circular, one wavier than the other. The pic doesn't show it well because it was wet. I haven't tried to root cuttings from this variety yet but will be cutting it back soon to move it to the greenhouse. I've sent you an email. Karyn

According to Farbatlas Passionsblumen & my mad matching skillz, it *could* be: Ambigua Not a complete list I'm sure, but as close as I can get.

Thanks so much. I'll bet it's a Triloba. I vaguely remember buying one early in the year. It took quite a while to start blooming but it's been giving me flowers everyday since. It's the only one I have that has what appears to be a double corona. Karyn
