I managed to cross quinquangularis with most of the other xerogona species and hybrids i have here. These are the following crosses i managed over the winter.
Most are now growing as seedlings, the cross with P. 'Becky Speed' is pictured, and showing signs of both parents, the leaves from BS and the stipules from quinquangularis
citrina x quinquangularis [both ways] Becky Speed [cobanensis x citrina] x quinquangularis Lucy Zara [conzattiana x citrina] x quinquanglaris [both ways] sanguinolenta x quinquangularis conzattiana x quinquangularis
I never managed to get capsularis crossed, despite many attempts.
My quinquangularis hybrids are growing well, the Sanguinolenta x Quinquangularis are in bud, so will upload a picture when it flowers, the tip of the bud is showing a bit of pink.
