I'm not familiar with P. Elizabeth, but Riverside should be pretty darn friendly to most cultivated passiflora. Your caerulea will likely be evergreen, since that one will regrow from the roots in areas with hard freezes. And pretty much all passis like lots of sun, but I've got a caerulea planted where it gets half sun in the afternoon as well, and it's doing just fine.

Elizabeth survives outside in Chico, so definately will make it in Riverside. 'Ruby glow' even made it there, and I thought it would die forsure.
