The wilting after transplanting doesn't surprise me. Give it a few day to adjust and don't over water it. I use Superthrive and B1 to help reduce transplant shock. You might want to try one or both of those. Is there a reason that you relocated it so late in the season? Hopefully it has enough time to develop a good root system before it gets cold. My hardy passion vines didn't come up until the summer either. I think that's pretty normal in zone 7.

I hope it's ok w/the rain we're getting! I relocated it b/c it was too close to my neighbor's fence. So I moved it to the other flower bed. (It will get more sun.) I don't have any super thrive or B1. It's starting to perk up though. Unlike my baby hardy hibiscus that popped up out of nowhere! Thank you for the tip!
