I found these passion flowers growing wild on my property.....I harvested 10 or 20 of the sees pods for replanting in spring. They were green and hollow except for seeds and white pithy material.....did I pick them too soon?....I have lived here for 20 years and have no idea what kind they are or where they came from.

RE: seeds?

sadly they were probably picked too soon if the seeds are brown/black in color they may still be viable. most passionflower you have to wait for the fruit to be wrinkly before you pick it
