You could try the passiflora exchange and trade something for rooted cuttings or try ebay or the internet and buy potted plants. I've purchased from GK Exotic Plants and am very happy with my plants. Hope this helps.

Have you tried any of your big box stores i.e, home depot,lowes, walmart, if you have those there. I have several from those stores as well as a regular nursery.

You could also keep your eyes open at your grocery store. I just picked up one (not sure which one yet), but have heard that these will usually grow.

I would be happy to do a trade for P. incarnata (that is the passionflower of MY childhood) and/or P. caerulea. I also have some caerulea seeds that I am pretty confident of the fertility because that is where my plants came from. I didn't think I would get very high germination so I put 3-7 seeds per pot and got 3-7 plants per pot. We can discuss details via email if you want to do this trade.

I have had good luck winter sowing incarnata and edulis. They do take quite a while to germinate, though. Use a large container (2 litre bottle, gallon milk jug, etc.) and keep it moist and in the shade until they sprout. I believe mine came up late May/early June, sown in February.
Also, there were a few seeds in the container (I sowed mine in an 8 inch plastic pot) that came up the following year =)
