Should I keep my vines if they have a virus?

I have a couple of passifloras that I'm pretty sure have the mosaic virus. They are near other vines and plants in my garden such as brugmansia and salvias. Should I get rid of them? Will they transfer to other plants? Can they infect my brugmansia or salvias? If I do get rid of them and plant new passifloras in their place, how can I be sure that they won't get the virus from the being the same place in the ground?
