For all you winter-bound folks up north

My Lady Margaret looks a bit yellow in the leaves, but it's been steadily flowering since late September. This one opened over the weekend. I'd been moving it in at night, but the past two weeks have been so warm that it's staying out round the clock now (but this weekend looks to have a nasty cold snap in store. Back into the garage for the passis!)

I also got a coreacea cutting back in late September. I didn't expect much from it, since I'd killed one before, but I put it in my office window. It's since nearly tripled in size, and on Sunday it flowered for the first time! I was pretty jazzed. And there are four or five other flower buds forming as well. I even applied some of the pollen to the Lady Margaret blossom above (I know--a cross is *extremely* unlikely, but I figure what have I got to lose? ;-)
