This is one of my clumps of Fern Leaf Peony. Depending on the weather it should be in bloom in about two weeks. The flower is the single form.

That looks like a miniature Japanese garden! Ha ha! I'll be back to see the blooms! :D

Peonies always look so prehistoric when they first come up, but these look like moss! Does the foliage change as it matures? I hope you'll post more pictures as they progress. I've never seen this type before.

That's so cute! If it wasn't for the tulips in the background it almost looks like an underwater picture.

Well, it's finally blooming. This clump is about 12-14" high and six feet wide.

I have never seen this type before and I love it! I'll try to find it at my local garden centers.

They are so cool....how long did it take for them to spread to this size?

They look like poppies!

Gorgeous. But hard to find in nurseries. I passed one up at the recent Tower Hill Botanic Garden plant sale for $55.00.

But after seeing your pics I regret it!

Hey elrem!!
ONLY a year or so later & I'M BACK to see 'em! Hee hee! They are BEEOOTIFUL! Are they putting on this show again this year??
(I take it the pix on this forum don't move in the wink of an eye like on the Name That Plant forum!)
