One of them finally rewarded me with a bud this year, and I was so happy to see it, and was waiting to see it open. Then as my luck would have it, it's been raining on and off for the past couple days. So today I decided to rescue it from the rain, and put it in a vase with some other peonies, where it finished opening up.

I like it because it's a darker pink than what I'm used to. Hopefully next year I'll gets some buds from the other bush and it will surprise me also.
