I have not ordered from them however they are located in Canada. The owner Ken Clare passed away about 2 years ago. I think his family is running the business. If you just search gardenweb using peonygarden.com you will find post by people that have purchased plants from there.

I was still looking at the website when I realized the site has not been updated since 2008. The site still shows the cultivars that were sold out in 2008.

I wonder, are they still in business?

I asked and was emailed that their website would be available January 11. Last summer I was told that they were moving operations.

Just check out their new website! Very nice! Unfortunately, it looks like they stopped carrying much of their previous stock. Understandable since it was SO much, but disappointing nonetheless.

I found their site some what strange in that they only list a few cultivars as being for sale but on the right side there are mixed type peonies. Some tp's that are not listed for sale if you click on the right side pictures have a sale price.

Am wondering what they did with what was not moved, sold to another grower, bulldozed or what. There had been rumors that because of health problems not all plants that were listed were still available. Of course the wise grower only puts part of the inventory on their sale list so that they always can list something different each year.
