That looks like Roger Anderson's Lollipop Itoh peony or one of Don Smith's seedling Itoh peony. Where did you find this fine specimen, may I ask?

New tree peony? It is very pretty nonetheless. Maybe it is a sport of an existing peony, like Shima Nishiki as a sport of Taiyo.

No, my picture is not TP. It is ltoh peony. It would be more news catching if a new TP of this look is developed, which could be happening ... but not mine in picture. The ltoh peony is lovely nevertheless.

On another note, I bought a lot of plants from Michigan bulbs though :) They also give me replacement plants quickly :) Keep up the good work.

I ordered both, Kousa! I got my first tree peonies from Michigan Bulb several years ago, those did great. Hope these will be the same!
