The only one that has their 2008 catalog up so far is Khlem's. Adelman's web site is called www.peonyparadise.com, which seems fitting for you since you want a "paradise." I have ordered from all of these companies, and they are all good.

That is odd. I wonder why? Did they give a reason? Maybe Greece has some import limits on the type or origin of plant material?

Perhaps then you must only buy from EU countries. The only one I can think of right away is Kelways. They are in the UK. I have never ordered from them, but I hope they would be good since they are the hybrizers of several peonies.

I'm sure there are probably many more EU nurseries. Perhaps others here can suggest some.
