| Last fall I planted a Peony under a Sugar Maple tree.
Will it survive or should I transplant it somewhere else this year? Thanks |

| Peony plants prefer full sun. bill |

| The best area to plant a peony is within the first few inches of soil. Maple trees form a mat of roots in the same area of soil. It would be better to move the peony this fall. |
