I've been to a home lot where the home has been demolished and I know that there were peonies in the front yard. I've done some digging but am not sure if I dug the right roots. I may of gotton some day lillies but am not sure of the others. Does anyone have a picture of what a peony root system looks like? I've come across a thick long root with reddish buds/eyes starting to poke up, could this be it?
