I copied this from their website. It is supposed to be rainy in the Olympia, Washington area so a nice way to meet other peony loving people on a gloomy day. Several growers are members so you should be able to find out when fields in Oregon and Washington can be visited.

March 3rd, 2007
8:00 a.m.
Red Lion Inn, Olympia, Washington
The 2007 Annual Meeting of this organization will be held on March 3rd at the Red Lion Inn, Olympia, Washington. A no host dinner will be held in the restaurant of the Red Lion on Friday evening March 2nd at 6:30 pm. The Saturday meeting will begin at 8:00am with the main speaker to be Don Smith, peony hybridizer from Massachusetts. The day will conclude with a peony auction. The proceeds from the auction will fund organization activities and mailings. $35 registration includes 2007 membership, morning
meeting, snacks and lunch.
