Soaked seeds, but didn't chill, what to do?

Hello, I bought many seeds off of ebay in December. They laid around my room, then Mar 1, I soaked for a day or two and planted in peat pots inside.

So they should have been chilled, I know now. But what do I do now? Can I chill now? But what about the fact that I had soaked them before planting?

Advice greatly appreciated. Herbaceous Peonies.

Try putting pots in basement for two months; seeds should produce roots during this time; put pots in baggies to keep from dryingout.
Then put pots in frig for two months: then topgrowth should appear.
When seeds are collected in the fall, they should immediately be put into a damp medium: if not, they go into prolonged dormancy; your seeds may be in this condition.
