| Pink. Keep a stack of pure white paper handy for bloom season. Take a piece with you along with if you keep a book of your plants the book. If you can't remove a petal slide the piece of paper under a petal to reveal the color. Some colors are actually combinations of colors.You could have a background of white with an overlay of yellow or pink threads making the flower appear one or the other. Some of the yellows are like this the background is a lighter yellow that the surface or a red overlay over the yellow or vs giving different shading. If any of you have lots of extra money or has a loved one that feels really guilty the Royal Horticultural Society sells the color chart that is used for the diffinative color source. I have seen some partial charts on ebay but I would not be certain I was receiving the true chart. |
