| I know you can divide peonies, but can you propagate them from cuttings? My mom's neighbor has peonies that were there when I was a little child and I used to play in. I could ask them for a division, but could I also ask for a few cuttings? |

| No, at least not the peonies you are probably talking about. The only way to propagate those peonies is through division. You can also start seeds, but they won't be the same & will, of course, take several years. |

| Peonies take patience...this coming September I plan to dig and divide and relocate a discovered plant (last year). I'll have to post again this summer as to the color and condition. |
