Hi Gardeners,

I am going to be digging up my Moms tree peony and planting it in my garden. Do I need to wait until spring after the frosts are finished, or should I move it now before new growth appears?

Should I cut it back to ground level first? It still gets in the 20's here at night but warms up into the 40's and sometimes 70's during the day. Need your expert advice!
