| A tree peopnie I have looked tike it didn't make it through the winter. It broke off at the base, and the stumpwas dessicated. We dug it up today (in peices) and found the root was alive, and a compact cluster of shoots was making their way up. The roots are now in pieces, and I'm wondering if there's anything that can be salvaged. The main root is still intact, and is 4 feet long! |

| You can plant any roots pieces you have. You never know what will grow. I have been pleasantly surprised many times as well as disappointed even more times. Pot up what you have. Anything with buds is pretty sure to be just fine, and you have a chance with just the pieces. Al |
