We're getting 7-10' of snow!!! Do poenies need protection?

It was 83 last week. Today & tomorrow we're expecting up to 7-10 inches of snow. That's Michigan for you...

Anyway, should I protect my peonies in some way? What about bleeding heart?

Any help will be appreciated.

From my experience, the peonies in my garden were the most resilient of all my flowers. But, if it is a hard frost, you may want to consider putting sheets on them. Don't use plastic, it encourages mold and leaf rot.
