Inch of snow and freeze

Sadly, I forgot to cover my peonies last night. We got an inch of snow and the temp drop to 25 degrees. Some of my peonies already popped out. Are they goners now?

They should still be pretty cold hardy as long as they are still bright red and hardly emerged.

We get that type of weather all the time in the spring, only problem I've ever had was snow weighing down the limbs. The tulips never fare very well, though.....
