Will 'Karl Rosenfeld' Bloom?

| Will this herbaceous peony bloom in a mild climate (zone 11)? I've had some luck with 'Festiva Maxima' but tree peonies are the reliable bloomers here. |

| Check with your local county extension for the amount of chilling where you live. Less than 400 hours of temperature below 45 degrees per season will not be enough for herbaceous peonies to bloom in most cases. Al |
