Do you fertilize your plant? Mine has got lots of stems and leaves but no buds.

Molly is a late maturing plant. From what I have read you generally will not have a bloom mature until the plant is 4+ years old.

Try not to get lawn fertilizer near your peonies as it is rich in nitrogen will cause growth but fewer buds.
