I planted two Monsieur Jules Elie (from Adelman's) last fall. They have just came up in the last week and am wondering if they are looking like they should. Each has two stalks and is about 6-8" tall. One of the stalks already has a bud. The leaves are still curled and kind of wimpy looking. Other older peonies nearby (cemetery) have been up much longer( I'm assuming age and variety affect this). They were planted with the large amended hole and measured for depth. I'm not sure what is normal for new plantings and what, if anything, I need to being doing to them now. Would appreciate any advice/info. TIA Liz
