New Peonies hit by Frost?? Help plse....

I work in a garden center and we received a huge shipment of Sandra Bernhart peonies. I wasnt the one who originally signed for them, because I would have sent them back!!
These peonies are only 1-2 inches tall and look like they've been hit by frost or have something wrong with them.
The leaves are slightly blackened and curled, could someone tell me asap how to recover these and get them growing.
They were left out over night, but we didnt have frost. I have now moved them into the greenhouse.\
Thanks

Do you mean Sarah Bernhardt? Peonies are quite frost-tolerant so I don't think they would be bothered by frost. It could be a fungus of some kind that peonies are susceptible to. I would contact the grower for advice.
