Leaves of established peony turning yellow

Hello! We have a group of 3 peonies, all the same variety in a back portion of our yard and the leaves of one are spotty yellow. I don't believe they turned yellow, I think they looked this way as they grew in, but I can't be sure. I also noticed that one of the stems at the bottom of the plant looks as if it turned black and disintegrated. The plant has still produced several (4-5) blooms and otherwise "seems" healthy. I did dig up and move another peony that was behind this one last fall, so it is possible that the roots of this one were jostled or broken--or, worse, that I created an area for water to pool near the roots of this one. Thoughts?

I was also hoping to move this peony back a foot or two so it would be grouped with the other peonies, but I am afraid to do that if it is infected. Any advice is much appreciated!
