Peony garden (http://www.peonygarden.net/view.asp?item=107) has it for $19, but I didn't buy from them ever before so can't recommend them, while Adelmans will ship you super-duper plants which will bloom the very first year.

Thanks for the info. I bought mine last year from GW Wild and it has so many buds! There's at least 10 buds - which is not bad for a first year plant! I've never grown rock garden peonies and I just fell in love with it! I'll try the nurseries you mentioned and will also give GW a call.

P.S. I'll have to post pics of when the buds finally pop open!
