Peony heads drooping

Last fall I divided 3 of my peonies because the flowers were scarce. They have been in this area for a very long time. This spring they popped beautifully with about 7-8 blooms on each plant. the buds are very small now. All the buds are dropping; it is not water as I have a sprinkler system. My question is: Is this a problem. My other peonies are doing just fine and they are in the same area.

I don't know what happened but later in the day the drooping heads began to pop back up. Not sure why they dropped in the first place; but I'm glad they are okay. Would hate to have lost this year's bloom :)
