I have a Scarlett O'Hara also--always attracts any visitor's or casual passerby's attention!

The only problem with Scarlett is that she comes on like gangbusters--and then quickly fades to a muddy rosy-pink--which is still attractive, but not at all like her diva-in-the-limelight initial appearance.

One of her best features is that she is always the first peony to bloom--and she does with a blaze of color, doesn't she!

Your Scarlett O'hara is gorgeous. Mine last year did not show such a nice deep red like yours. Thanks for the closeup shot with the hosta.in the background. They look great together.
