is 15-30-15 fertilizer harmful to peonies?

well-established peonies, amd I think the soil.is good too. the peonies are blooming. what care should I provide during the spring and summer season? should I water them? the other day I applied 15-30-15 fertilizer once to them, is it harmful tothem? your response and help are very much appreciated!

In good soil I never find it necessary to fertilize peonies. I have no idea of how much summer rain you get, where ever you are in China, but water if you need it. Al
