Has anyone bought the Garden State Bulb Itoh Peonies at Lowe's?

If anyone has can you comment on whether they've been good or not? I see they have Julia Rose and Cora Louise.

If anyone has either of these how do you like them/which do you prefer? Thanks!

There was a string about them here spring before last and everyone seemed happy with them. Lowe's doesn't carry them here or I'd be all over it!

I bought Cora Louise last spring from Lowes. The plant is extremely healthy but there are no flower buds this year. I saw two small ones but they never make it. I hope that I will get some flowers next year. If you want flowers the spring following fall planting, I recommend that you buy them from the reputable online peony vendors. I bought a Bartzella from Solaris Farms and Pastel Splendor from Adelmans,and I get flowers on both the following spring.
