| I have a 4 year old Tree Peony and it is blooming beautfully. There is new growth coming up from the base. Are these suckers and if so should they be removed? |

| Check the foliage if same as the tree peony, it is your tree peony. If they are the same as a herbaceous pull or cut to remove. |
