peony cuttings

I have a vision of a nice thick hedge of red peonies lining my 150' drive. My vision is obscured by funding one kid in college and one on the way to college. I'm looking for an inexpensive way of multiplying my peonies. So, can I take cuttings

( stem or leaf ) and propagate peonies?

Nope, unfortunately you can't propagate peonies this way. You either have to divide an existing root, buy roots, or start it from seed.
