nice succession of blooms

hi, I am just getting into peonies and am wondering if you can give me a list of some nice peonies starting with early bloomers, then moving into later blooming plants. I prefer the singles since I don't really want to stake them, but if a double is super gorgeous, I'd be persuaded to try them. I am told I can have peonies blooming for up to eights weeks if I plan them right.
