Tree peony planting conditions

I got a Hanakisoi tree peony on clearance so I couldn't resist! Now I am stuck as to where to plant it. I am in New Brunswick, Canada (east coast). Is full sun too much sun? What about moisture requirements - do I need a site that gets a lot of moisture?

Hi,
I have mine planted in full sun. It is at the edge of the veggie garden, so it does get a regular watering. I don't know how drought tolerant tree peony can be, but I don't believe it should be overly moist. Regular peonies are very drought tolerant at least up north.

I planted mine in full sun too. They are doing ok.
I think peonies need water just like all the other plants - when it's dry and hot. Don't overwater; they definitely don't like it too wet.
