No blooms on my pink peony either

I have about 10 or 12 whites in my back yard that bloomed well in spite of all the rain, one red/fusia, in the front yard near the road,that bloomed but not as well as usual, and one double pink that looks healthy and did not produce even a single bud! I have had peonies for 30 years and I am stimied. The pink is no more than 8 feet from the red. Any suggestions?

It could have been the mild winter that the NE had or your clumps might need dividing.
