Can I use worm castings instead of compost in preparing ground for my September peonies?

Has any body used worm castings for peonies ?

Thank you in anticipation

I've never used worm castings but from my understanding it can be used as normal compost, don't see why you couldn't use it for your new peonies. I also made a new garden bed that I'll plant my fall peonies in, I used a local planter's mix made up of a couple of different types of compost and topsoil. I'll be watching your post to see if anyone with experience using worm castings replies!
