I don't think I've ever seen Victory peony. I don't have any double whites that stand up well in the rain, several stand up fairly well without rain but add a bit of water.....Louise Marx is a white Japanese that is a very large bloom, very pretty, and it stands up well to rain. Sorry I'm no help on Victory.....

I recommend asking the seller. If there is any reason you can't, Parkland Perennials sells it. You could try sending the owner an email with your questions. I heard he was personable.
