Tree peony

I bought a tree peony about 6years ago, it started flowering after 2years. It's a double yellow with scarlet spots in the centre, I think it's an Itoh type. This year I have yellow blooms on one side and a pink flower on the other side of the plant. What is going on?

Do you have a picture of it?

Does that other type of flower have herbaceous foliage? If so, then herbaceous sprouts may be coming out of the nurse root.
