Claire DuBois Peony

Hi,

I'm looking for this heirloom peony. I've also seen it spelled DuBouise. They still offer it in the UK, but I cannot find a source in the USA. I've e-mailed several commercial peony growers to no avail.

Does anyone know where I can purchase seeds, eyes, divisions, etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tammy

Tammy, I checked the resources I knew of..Nothing. That must be a very rare plant.

Thanks for your reply Mary. I just wish I could get a nursery in the UK to ship to the USA. :-(
    I'll continue my search.

Tammy I looked it up on the HelpMeFind database (for roses, clematis and peonies). There was only one garden with it and it's at the University of Michigan. Maybe they could help you.
I'll post the link at the bottom.

Here's a decent pic of Claire Du Bois. Me thinks she;s quite rare. I love the interior of the bloom, has nice depth.
