Please help.

I have been planting for years, and I have been a landscaper..I though I knew what I was doing..

I pretty much transplanted this tree peony correctly, unless I am missing something....maybe..lol

I dug all around without disturbing the roots and planted in different spot gently. Then gave a good watering. It has also been raining alot since then, with minimal sun.

Yet the leaves and a stem just are so soft and droopy...

The new growth that was coming up from the stem just stopped growing.

It is not picking up strength and it has been planted there for about 3 weeks now.

I don't want to loose this one..

I changed locations because it wasn't getting enough sun previously..

Please help me save this plant..
